    • We use fresh, locally foraged wild vegetables like bracken and bamboo shoots. Since we rely on what’s currently in season, these dishes are only available for a limited time!
  • Iya Soba \800
    • Since it’s a bit difficult to grow rice in the Iya area, buckwheat has long been a local favorite. It’s well-suited to the land and has a short growing season, so soba became the staple food of the region.
  • Iya Tsukimi Soba \900
    • A bowl of warm soba noodles, topped with a fresh raw egg.

    • Cold soba noodles, served with the dipping sauce on the side.
